Instructions

Step#1
Set the oven to 200°C/180°F with the fan on. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. The dried herbs should be sprinkled on the chicken's sides. Cook the chicken until browned on each side for 2 minutes. Place on a sizable, deep baking sheet.
-
Step#2
Slices of garlic bread can be added to the platter. For five minutes, bake. Over the chicken, arrange the bocconcini. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the bread is brown and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
-
Step#3
In a small container, combine the vinegar and the remaining oil. Season. Add the tomato and radish on top of the chicken. Add some fresh basil. Divide the vinegar mixture among the serving dishes after drizzling.
Note
Fishy beginning to feel? Leave out the bocconcini, and use salmon fillets in place of the chicken. After adding the garlic bread in step 2, cut the cooking time in step 1 to one minute per side and then 8 to 10 minutes in step 2.
